Investigation Station makes fun learning opportunities available throughout Pasco County. There is no building for the museum.  We can bring an exhibit to you OR you can visit one of our free, permanent, public exhibits.

From the Sun to Pluto is our first permanent outdoor exhibit. It is located along the bicycle trail in Starkey Park. It includes beautiful original artwork by Gordon Engebretson as well as fun facts and mathematical formulas to figure one's age and weight on the other planets and the sub-planet Pluto. Park near shelter #5 and take the foot path to the bicycle trail.
There is no charge for this program.

Try our "Kidstruction" exhibit at one of the Pasco County Library branches. Ask a librarian to place a request for your branch.  This exhibit features Keva Planks and design ideas for your little one to create imaginative structures and a wrecking ball to then knock them down.
There is no charge for this program.

  • Our mobile exhibits are available to classrooms, scout troops, home-school co-ops and others who would like to have an on-site field trip come to them.  Most of these exhibits include a presentation, a hands-on activity and a make-and-take project.  Click on the Exhibits on Tour tab for more information. There is a $75 group rate or $3 charge per person for this service.  For groups over 75, there is an additional $1 fee per person, to cover the cost of supplies.

  • We are seeking active individuals to participate on the museum's board of directors.  If you have a few hours each month to help the museum, please contact Lisa Campos.

  • We have IRS tax-exempt approval and are a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. All donations to the museum are tax-deductible.

  • If you have questions or comments click on the "Contact Us" button and send us an e-mail message.
